We promise and are committed to providing efficient, professional, ethical and friendly service to our customers as follows:

  1. Counter service for all matters within FIVE (5) minutes.
  2. Publish 80% of the original scholarly work within SIX (6) months after the editing process is completed.
  3. Publish TWO (2) journals online for TWO (2) times a year.
  4. Carry out TWO (2) publishing workshops within a year.
  5. To participate in at least ten (10) exhibition / book fair in a year. 
  6. . Feedback to complainants should be made within ONE (1) working day to inform that their complaint has been taken into consideration and will be resolved.
